This can be very stressful for your dog, and can make your dog very fearful of grooming. The only kidnest way for your dog is to clip the whole coat off, making it alot more comfortable and safer, so brushing your dog aswell as taking them to a regular grooming salon can be very rewarding and your dog will enjoy being pampered in the mean time.

ALL BOOKINGS THAT WILL BE MADE FROM THE ABOVE INFORMATION ARE SUBJECT TO A PRE VISIT TO THE SALON WITH YOUR DOG AND DOES NOT INCLUDE A BATH OR FULL GROOM, A VISIT WOULD NEED TO BE DONE BEFORE THE GROOM TO ENABLE ME TO ACCESS THE SEVERITY OF THE MATS AND DISCUSS WITH THE OWNER THE NEXT STEP. PLEASE NOTE THAT DE-MATTING/CLIP ALL OFF IS A VERY TIRING AND LONG PROCESS NOT ONLY FOR THE DOG BUT FOR MYSELF, THAT IS WHY ADDITIONAL TIME WILL BE CHARGED DEPENDING ON
THE SEVERITY OF THE DOGS COAT. THIS DOES ALSO COMPENSATE TO LOSS OF BOOKING SLOT. A FORM WILL NEED TO BE FILLED IN TO AGREE FOR THE CLIP ALL OFF TO HAPPEN.
